Chili

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb.  of ground beef

1 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes

1 15.5 oz. can of kidney  beans

1  packet of  McCormick’s mild chili seasoning mix

1 bell pepper

1/2  onion

 

Directions

Put beef in pot allow to brown

While beef is browning  cut up your pepper and onion.

When beef is brown and cooked through drain fat.

Add kidney beans,  diced tomatoes , bell pepper, onion, seasoning mix  and 2 1/2 cups of water.

Bring to a boil  then let simmer

Cook for 40 mins or until  vegetables are firm.
