Well I had a taste for ginger and decided to make some Ginger juice. Ginger is good for inflammation and nausea. If you like it strong then you’ll like this recipe.
Sugar in the Raw (Turbinado cane sugar) is the brand I used. But, you cane use any kind.
Put the whole ginger to soak in water so you can get the dirt off easier.
Then cut off the dark edges before you grate.
The boil water to pour over ginger and let sit over night.
Then strain the pulp .
Put the juice in the fridge.
Put pulp back in bowl boil water and pour over ginger.
Let sit over night again.
Then strain and Add sugar to your liking.
If you don’t like it strong just dilute with water.
