Curry Goat in slow cooker

Ingredients

2 lbs  goat meat cubed

2 tbs salt

1 tbs pepper

2 tbs paprika

1 tbs basil

1/4 cup of curry powder  (hot and spicy optional)

1 1/2 cups of water

1 tbs cornstarch (optional to thicken gravy)

6  yellow potatoes

 

Directions

Season  meat in a bowl with salt, pepper, paprika and, basil.

Place meat , curry powder and , water into slow cooker on high for  two hours.

Peel and cut potatoes  after two hours place potatoes into the slow cooker.

put 1tbs of cornstarch and  some cold water into a  cup stir until smooth then add (optional to thicken gravy)

cook for 8-9 hours on high
